HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

You may cancel your order at any time, as long as the artwork has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, simply send an email to colleenco@gmail.com requesting your cancellation.

RETURNS

If you change your mind and don't like your purchase, you have 60 days to return the artwork and get a full refund, minus shipping costs. Once I’ve confirmed a safe receipt of the artwork, I will issue a refund of the artwork’s value minus the shipping cost. The cost for Shipping the artwork back to me is also not refunded.

WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES ON MY ORDER?

Various import duties and taxes may be charged by the local customs office unless both customer and artist are based in one of the EU member states or within the same country. It is worth noting that the customs duty & import charges are often called government charges as they are imposed by the government and are outside of my control.  It is the responsibility of the customer placing the order to pay any local import taxes and duties
